The apartment has a distinct studenty feel to it, so don't expect any bling. Having said that it is a great flat with everything one needs (perhaps apart from a washing machine, but a self service laundrette is about 20 min walk, and there are also plenty of cleaning services very close by). A small mall with cafés/bakeries and supermarkets is just across the street. Travel to town takes a bit longer (35 min, first bus than subway), but is unproblematic and buses are frequent.

Quiet, but supermarket nearby. Bramfelder See and Ohlsdorf cemetery (!) are worth to visit!
